Easy win for SBH

HYDERABAD: State Bank of Hyderabad defeated South Central Railway 2-0 in the SAAP Premier League prize money football tournament at Gymkhana Grounds here on Sunday.

The Bankmen dominated the game right through and went into the lead in the 20th minute, Khaiser Ali latching on to a through pass from Khaja.

In the 34th minute, Khaja Moinuddin was quick to pick up a lob from Vimal to find the target.

With the SBH defence ably manned by Johnson and Prakash being equal to the task in the second session, the SCR forwardline could not really make any big impact.
