HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy on Sunday released quarterly issue of the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Bulletin brought out by the AP Mineral Development Corporation Limited.
Dr. Reddy stressed on the need to promote mineral industry besides mineral exploration in the State. APMDC Managing Director V. D. Rajagopal said the bulletin would cover information on mineral statistics, major and minor minerals including resources, productions, trade and market specifications, mineral discovery trends, efforts and results.
Mines and Geology Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy, Industries Secretary Y. Srilakshmi and former chairman of APMDC V. Narasinga Rao were also present on the occasion.
