Bichel hits century

BRISBANE: Former Australian Test bowler Andy Bichel scored a century as Queensland dominated the second day of the three-day cricket tour match against Sri Lanka at Allan Border Field.

Sri Lanka was 62 for four at stumps on Saturday, still trailing by 23 runs.

The scores: Sri Lanka 210 for nine decl. & 62 for four vs. Queensland 295 (Andy Bichel 125, Mitchell Johnson 50; F. Maharoof three for 72). — AP
