Dravid in Karnataka Ranji squad

Bangalore: Dropped from the Indian squad for the first two one-dayers against Pakistan, former captain Rahul Dravid has been included in the Karnataka team that takes on Mumbai in a Ranji Trophy Elite Group ‘A’ encounter in Mumbai from November 3 to 6.

Anil Kumble was named captain of the team announced on Monday.

Former India cricketer Vijay R Bharadwaj has been made coach of the team.

Other members: Barrington Rowland, K.B. Pawan, K. Yere Goud (vice-captain), C. Raghu, V.S. Thilak Naidu , B. Akhil, Sunil Joshi, R. Vinay Kumar, N.C. Aiyappa, Sudhindra P Shinde, Devraj Patil, K.P. Appanna and S. Dhananjay. — PTI
