VIJAYAWADA: Former India wicketkeeper MSK Prasad will lead the Andhra Ranji team in the Elite ‘B’ matches for the 2007-2008 season, according to Andhra Cricket Association secretary V. Chamundeswaranath here on Monday. The team has been picked for the first two matches against Punjab at Amritsar (November 3 to 6) and against Uttar Pradesh at Anantapur (November 15 to 18). The team: MSK Prasad (Capt.), Y. Gnaneswara Rao, B. Sumanth, H. Vatekar, G. Shankara Rao, L.N. Prasad Reddy, A.S.K. Varma, D. Kalyan Krishna, V. Sandeep, Md. Faiq, M. Suresh, P. Vijay Kumar, V. V. B.
