High Court stays suspension

Kochi: A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court on Monday directed the Guruvayur Devaswom managing committee to reinstate V. Subramaniam, Deputy Administrator (Publications), Guruvayur Devaswom, who was suspended from service. The Bench, comprising Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan and Justice A.K. Basheer, passed the order while staying the suspension order. The direction came on an appeal filed by Mr. Subramaniam against a single judge’s verdict dismissing his plea. — Special Correspondent
