Corrections and clarifications

The expansion of IAEA is the International Atomic Energy Agency, and not the International Atomic Energy Association, as was published in a report “Consensus process still on: Manmohan” (October 18, 2007, page 1).

It is the All India Trade Union Congress, and not the All India Trade Union Council, as was published in a report ‘“Restore 3-year wage settlement scheme’” (October 18, 2007).

The fourth paragraph in a report “‘We were firm on Pratibha candidature’” (October 13, 2007) was: “On her [Sonia Gandhi’s] ties with Dr. [Manmohan] Singh, ‘Actually I have worked with the Prime Minister. Before the elections, at a series of meetings, he shared our goals. He was also the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and we worked very closely ….’” It was an error. The reference should have been to Dr. Manmohan Singh’s tenure as Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha.
