Vinod sparkles

KOCHI: Vinod scored 66 as Saraswathi Vidyaniketan (Elamakkara) defeated Toc-H PS (Vytilla) by five wickets and entered the third round of the 21st Refinian Cup inter-school cricket tournament at the BPCL Kochi Refinery Ground, Ambalamugal, on Tuesday.

The scores: Quarterfinal: NSS, Tripunithura 162 for seven in 20 overs (Praveen 38, Arjun 42, Vishnu Prasad 28) bt Chinmaya, Tripunithura 67 in 15.4 overs.

Second round: Toc-H PS, Vytilla 128 for seven in 20 overs lost to Saraswathi Vidyaniketan, Elamakkara 132 for five in 17.1 overs (Vinod 66).
