HYDERABAD: Narender Raj Cricket Academy (NRCA) scored a five-wicket win over Sarojini Cricket & Fitness Academy in the C. Umesh Chandra memorial Twenty-20 cricket tournament here on Monday.
The scores: NRCA 149 for nine (Prabhas Rupesh 39) bt Vijayanand CA 122 for six; Sarojini CFA 82 (Jai three for nine) lost to Narender Raj CA 83 for five (Vivek Babu 32 not out).
Syed scalps five
Good spell by Syed Nawazuddin (five for 27) helped Wesley Junior College record a nine-wicket win over HPS (Ramanthapur) in the inter-colleges under-17 cricket tournament here.
