Easy for MEG Boys ‘A’

BANGALORE: Madras Engineering Group Boys ‘A’ scored a 5-0 victory over Reserve Bank of India in the D.S Murthy & V Karunakaran Memorial hockey tournament here on Monday. Arun Kumar logged a hat-trick (eighth, 21st & 27th) and was supported by Sujit Kumar (third) and Avinash (50th).

MEG Boys ‘B’ beat Bharat Sanachar Nigam Limited 1-0 with Madan (sixth) scoring the match winner early in the game.

Earlier Postal Hockey club and Rail Wheel Factory played out a 2-2 draw. Prakash Chalke (34th and 56th) scored both the goals for Postal and K.K. Bharath (seventh) and Girish Ganapathy (48th) scored for Rail Wheel Factory.
