Propmart forays into Chennai

CHENNAI: Propmart Technologies, a Bangalore-based real estate consultancy company, on Thursday last, launched operations in Chennai. R. Balaji, Chief Executive Officer, Propmart, told newspersons here that the company, which had operations in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Mysore, Coimbatore and Kochi, had opened an office in T. Nagar here. Propmart would focus on ‘layout marketing’ and had commenced its first project, Star Enclave, located at Oragadam, around 50 km from Chennai, Mr. Balaji said. — Corporate Reporter
