Big win for IPSC, Gujarat

NEW DELHI: IPSC, Gujarat, defeated Joseph’s College, Sri Lanka, 6-1 in the Subroto Cup sub-junior football tournament at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Sunday.

Jay Patel (2), Jay Tandel, Parth Mendpara, Rajesh Tande and Kaunsi Patel scored for the Gujarat team, while Praveen Roy netted for the losing side.

In the other matches, SAI, Lucknow, beat Co-ed School, Jalandhar, 4-0 and Victoria Institution, Malaysia, defeated BVB, Vadodara 6-0. — Special Correspondent
