BANGALORE: Choudhary’s brace was the highlight of ASC’s 3-0 win over Royals FC in the Super division football league at the football stadium here on Thursday.
Choudhary got into the scoring act as early as in the 14th minute and added one more to his tally and the teams score in the 26th minute. Though enjoying better of the exchanges, the ASC men, however, could not add to the scoreline until second minute of the injury time when Ramesh struck the last nail.
Earlier, Reserve Bank and Government Press played out a 1-1 draw, with both goals coming in the second half. Bheem Rao netted for the bankmen in the 61st minute before Anthony Benedict restored parity for Govt. Press.
