After a barren first-half, the match-winner came through Mouzzam who latched on to a neat pass from Naveed in the 61st minute. In another match, South Central Railway recorded a 3-0 win over BDL with winger Azeem netting a brace and Vijay Kumar scoring of a solo effort. Two Andhra Pradesh officials — S. Balasubrahmanyam, IAS and Director of School Education, and K.
