TCS board beefed up

CHENNAI: Tata Consultancy Services has inducted four new whole-time executive directors on to its board. The four Executive Vice-Presidents elevated to the board of directors of the company are: N. Chandrasekaran, S. Mahalingam, S. Padmanabhan, and P. A. Vandrevala. It has also appointed Mr. Chandrasekaran as the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mahalingam will continue as the Chief Financial Officer. – Special Correspondent
