BPL seeks licence in 21 circles

MUMBAI: BPL Mobiles Communications Ltd. (BMCL) has submitted an application with the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) seeking mobile licences in 21 circles, that is, all India licences apart from the Mumbai licence, where the company is now operating.
