IGNOU seminar

NEW DELHI: A two-day workshop opened at Indira Gandhi National Open University here on Friday to promote use of information communication technology solutions for improving vocational education and training across the country.

In his inaugural speech, IGNOU Vice-Chancellor V.N. Rajasekharan Pillai said: “We have no dearth of intellect or money but we need to change the mindset about vocational educational training.”
