THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Loyola CA defeated Kids CC by 24 runs and the won the Celestial Teens Under-17 cricket tournament at the Medical College ground on Monday.

The scores: Loyola Cricket Academy 171 for eight in 35 overs (Monish 40, Deepan Raj three for 30) bt Kids CC 147 in 34.5 overs.

Special Awards: Man-of-the-final: Deepan Raj (Kids CC). Best batsman: R. Jithin (Loyola CA). Best bowler: Prodyut Nanda (Loyola CA).
