State Govt. gives one crore to TNTA

Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Sports Minister T.P.M. Mohideen Khan handed over Rs. one crore on Tuesday to V.K. Parthasarathy, vice-president, Tamil Nadu Tennis Association (TNTA), for the 2008 Chennai Open ATP tournament.

This was the government’s fourth successive contribution to TNTA for the annual ATP event.
