Mysore: Mysore University Colleges Sports Council (MUCSC) registered a facile seven-wicket win over Mysore Cricket Club in the KSCA Mysore Zone’s first division league encounter played at the Gangothri Glades grounds here on Saturday. The scores: First Division: Mysore CC 192 for nine in 48 overs (Inclusive of 20 penalty runs for 2 overs short) (Jayaram 50 not out, Arun 40) lost to MUCSC 195 for three in 37.5 overs (H.R. Cheluvaraju 54 not out, Surendra Prasad 54 not out). Third Division: Jayanagar CC 284 for nine in 50 overs (C. Ajay 102, Majid 55, D. Tejas four for 77) bt Sunny Side CC 88 in 30.5 overs (Sumangal seven for 22). Mysore Underwriters 46 in 30.1 overs (Manu four for 10) lost to Jawahar’s (Mandya) 50 for no loss in 5.3 overs .
