HYDERABAD: After India’s thrilling victory over Pakistan in the fourth volleyball Test match at Coimbatore, by virtue of which it wrapped up the series 3-1, the fifth and last match, which will be held at the KBVR indoor stadium in Yousufguda, here, on Tuesday for the Lanco Cup, will only be of academic interest. However the organisers have made grand arrangements to host the Test and expect large crowds to witness the contest. The teams arrived late on Monday night at Hyderabad and so the scheduled practice session had to be put off till Tuesday morning. Going by current form, the players to watch out for from the Indian side are likely to be Guruchand Singh along with G. Pradeep, Vibin M. George, Shelton Moses and Sanjay Kumar. In the last mach at Coimbatore it was these players who played a key role in snatching a memorable victory . For Pakistan Irfan Nawaz has been one of the consistent performers and could be a tough customer when the two teams clash again. Faisal Shah and Mohib Rasool showed good skills during the Chennai Test but overall the visiting side will need to display more coordination and planning in its approach.
