India ‘A’ in command

MOMBASA (KENYA): India ‘A’ reduced Kenya to 191 for seven in its second innings at close of play on the second day of the three-day cricket match here on Monday.

Leg-spinner Piysuh Chawla was once again in the thick of things as he returned figures of four for 31 for India ‘A.’ For Kenya, C.O. Obuya scored 51.

The scores: Kenya 97 and 191 for seven (C.O. Obuya 51, P. Chawla four for 31) vs. India ‘A’ 406 for eight decl. (S. Badrinath 113 not out, P. Patel 124).
