Ravindra excels in Indian colts’ win

Chennai: Left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja finished with a match haul of nine wickets as India U-19 defeated Sri Lanka U-19 by 182 runs on Monday in the first ‘Test’ at Colombo’s Colts Cricket ground.

The scores: India U-19: 301 & 223 for seven decl. (Abhinav Mukund 69, Tanmay Srivastava 87, Saurabh Tiwary 43, Tissara Perara four for 31) bt Sri Lanka U-19: 247 (Kusal Janith 74, Roshene Silva 38, Tissara Perera 64, K.P. Appanna four for 74, Ravindra Jadeja five for 28) & 95 (Ravindra Jadeja four for five, G.V.S. Prasad three for 16).
