Vipul bags five

NEW DELHI: Leg-spinner Vipul Gupta’s five-wicket haul helped Ravindra Public School beat Modern Cricket Academy by five wickets in the league match of the Shalimar Cup under-19 cricket tournament here on Monday.

The scores: Modern Cricket Academy 173 in 29.5 overs (Shrey Gupta 59, Saurabh Sharma 35, Vipul Gupta five for 29, Mahir Sharma three for 15) lost to Ravindra Public School 177 for five in 28.5 overs (Geet Arora 36, Naved Hussain 36, Vi vek Verma 36 not out, Chander Thapa 30, Saurabh Sharma three for 27).
