Rajah’s College won the 100m title in the under-20 boys’ and girls’ sections respectively at the District athletic meet, conducted by the udukottai District Athletic Association, here on Monday. The winners: Boys: Under-20: 100m: B. Saran Kumar (Thondaiman Athletic Club); 400m: R. Mathialagan (H.H. Rajah’s College); 5000m: V. Rajini (H.H. Rajah’s College); Triple jump: Sivakanthabalan (H.H. Rajah’s College); Javelin: K. M artin (Apex Athletic Club). Under-18: 5000m: R. Paneerselvam (Kavinadu Youth Sports Club); High jump: Surekanth; Triple jump: Ganesh Kumar (Apex Athletic Club); Javelin: K. Balasubramanian (H.H. Rajah’s College). Under-16: 2000m: R. S. Tharun of Campion Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School defeated S. Hariharasudan of E.R. Higher Secondary School 13-11, 8-11, 11-3, 11-8 to win the title in the Tiruchi educational district-level table tennis tournament here on Monday. Other results: Doubles final: S.
