Almondz Capital merges with Almondz Global

MUMBAI: The Delhi-headquartered diversified financial services group Almondz has undertaken a strategic restructuring exercise whereby it has merged its unlisted broking firm Almondz Capital Markets Pvt Ltd (ACMPL) with the BSE-listed Almondz Global Securities Ltd (formerly known as Allianz Securities Ltd). The swap ratio for the merger was announced as one fully paid-up equity share of AGSL (face value: Rs. 6) for every three equity shares (face value: Rs. 10) held in ACMPL.
