Youth arrested for house break-ins

CHENNAI: The Adyar police have arrested a 20-year-old man, who was involved in various house break-ins in Adyar and Tiruvanmiyur areas. A police press release on Saturday said a special party arrested Karthik of Sozhinganallur and recovered property worth Rs.50,000, which included jewellery, mobile phones, wrist watches and silver articles.

The arrested person was remanded to custody, the release added.
