Vijayawada: GrandMaster Koneru Humpy released a sports diary authored by Sports Authority of India gymnastics coach and international judge Y. Rama Mohan here on Wednesday. The 150-page diary includes information on diet, nutrition and various training regimes to be followed in a scientific manner by budding sportspersons. G. Chinnaiah, Regional Deputy Director (SAAP), B. Sudhakar, DSDO, G.V.Rama Rao, member, Exhibition Society, Lakshmi Das, volleyball coach, Col. Ramanaiah, principal, V. P. Siddhartha Public School, presidents, secretaries of various district sports associations, physical directors, physical education teachers and coaches were present.
