iGATE’s first quarter net rises

BANGALORE: iGATE Global Solutions has reported an operating revenue of Rs. 199.40 crore in the first quarter of 2007-08 against Rs. 181.60 crore in the same quarter in the previous year. The gross profit was higher at Rs. 62.90 crore (Rs. 48.30 crore) and the profit after tax at Rs. 14.30 crore (Rs. 34 lakh), says a release. The company added three new clients during the quarter, including two Fortune 1000 companies.
