KOCHI: Shaffi Mather, who co-founded the Mumbai-based ‘Dial 1298 for Ambulance’ emergency medical service, has won the Edward S. Mason fellowship at Harvard University’s prestigious John F. Kennedy School of Management. A member of Kochi’s Mather business family and educated at British and American universities, Mr. Mather is a trained business executive. He has been active in the Congress party. Earlier, he won the British Chevening Scholarship and the Asian Young Leadership honour. — Special Correspondent
