Pirated CDs seized

Coimbatore: In a drive against pirated compact discs of latest films, The city police seized 2,660 CDs and arrested 10 persons on Thursday.

Following reports about circulation of pirated CDs, Commissioner of Police C.K. Gandhirajan ordered a crackdown. Special teams raided an office room in a commercial complex on Range Gowder Street and seized 2,660 CDs of the latest Tamil films besides English and Hindi movies. The consignment also had pornographic films.
