appeal to ULFA: ULFA talks mediator and Nagarik Santi Mancha of Asom president Indra Goswami and social activist Suchibrata Ray Chaudhury (right) brief the media in Guwahati on Thursday on the moves to restart the peace talks. Ms. Goswami said the NSMA would make a fresh appeal to the ULFA to come forward for talks with the Government.
