Manmohan to dedicate project

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will dedicate the 1,200 km Tala Transmission system, the first power transmission project developed in public-private partnership to bring in power from Bhutan’s Tala plant, to the nation on Wednesday.
