Intel emphasises on multi-core processors

HYDERABAD: Intel Corporation is providing information to software developers on how to harness the power of multi-core parallelism. The semiconductor industry is moving from 65 nanometre to 45 and eventually to 32 nm by 2010, said Intel's director of worldwide sales and business development, Phil De La Zerda, and Director of Asia-Pacific region's solutions engineering group, Narendra Bhandari, at a press conference here on Thursday.
