Coastal Club stuns KSEB

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Coastal Club stunned KSEB 3-1 in the Thiruvananthapuram District super division football league at the Central Stadium here on Thursday.

KSEB, which is fielding a depleted side in the tournament following suspension of a few players, suffered its first defeat in four matches.

Anil turned out to be hero for Coastal Club as he found the net twice in the 29th and 59th minutes. Ramesh pulled one back for KSEB in the 65th minute, but Thomas sealed ensured Coastal's first win of the tournament with a goal in the 76th minute.
