NEW DELHI: Microsoft Game Studios on Wednesday launched the upgraded version of its motor sport game Forza Motorsport 2. The company plans to bring upgraded versions of its various games in India soon. Priced at Rs. 1,895, the new game has been targeted at motor-sport lovers. "The launch of Forza 2 marks a new price point that Microsoft has introduced in the Indian market. We were earlier selling our titles for Rs. 2,599 and the upgraded version has been brought at a lower price tag,'' Microsoft's Country Manager (Entertainment and Devices Division) Mohit Anand said at a press conference here. According to Mr. Anand, the company has spent nearly $40 million and two-years in upgrading the title for gamers globally. "We are planning to bring a top-end variant of our high-definition gaming console, X-Box Elite, in the Indian market by August,'' he added. Microsoft is also looking at bringing online gaming through XBox live.
