IFFCO exits Godavari Fertilisers

NEW DELHI: IFFCO has sold its 25 per cent equity stake in the Muruguppa group company, Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd (GFCL), to Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd (CFL) for Rs. 120 crore, as a part of its ongoing restructuring plan.
