Players for HCA camp

Hyderabad: The following women players have been selected for HCA summer coaching camp to be conducted from April 15 to May 12 at Gymkhana Grounds, Secunderabad.

All the selected players are requested to report to the coach on April 15 at 6.30 a.m.

The list:

Savita Nirala, Diana David, Vanita Viola, Revathi, Soujanya Nath, Shravanthi, Gouher Sultana, Archana Das, Kusum Lata, Sunita, Kamakshi, Shalini M., Rajani, Sanghitha, Deepthi, Sindhuja, Jhansi Lakshmi, Aruna, Keerthana, Sudha Rani, Monica, Nishita, Nikita, Sowmya, Mamta, Monica (Jr.), Nisha, Gayathri, Nutan, Ananya and Nidhi.

Coach: Purnima Rau.

SCRSA in final

South Central Railway Sports Association (SCRSA) defeated Andhra Bank by 111 runs in the semifinals of the `A' Division teams' three-day matches tournament here on Friday.

In the final, SCRSA will clash with State Bank of Hyderabad from April 16 to 18.

The scores:

SCRSA 292 for seven (R.K. Manohar 40, R.A. Viswanath 77, Soloman Raj 52, Md. Faiq 43) and 206 for nine (R.A. Viswanath 42, Amol Shinde five for 57) bt Andhra Bank 234 (Ibrahim Khaleel 43, Vinay Kumar 77, Khaja Obaidullah four for 76) and 153 (Khaja Obaidullah five for 61).

Wipro is champion

Wipro beat IBM by six wickets to lift the KI Cup cricket tournament on Friday. Sriram of Wipro was adjudged Man of the Match.

The score: IBM 122 for six lost to Wipro 123 for four (Sriram 47, Sunil 42).

Cricket camp

Dayanand Cricket Academy will conduct its summer coaching at the Uppal Stadium for boys and girls between the age of seven and 25 from April 15. Interested may contact R. Vijayanand, ph: 92465 46660/ 98850 22265).
