Golden Eagles posts win
Golden Eagles surprised Directorate of Health Services 2-1 to record its first win in the Thiruvananthapuram district `B' division football league here on Friday. Kumar Unni (12th) and Thomas Jeffry (14th) scored the goals for the winner while Noufal reduced the margin for DHS in the 64th minute. Venad Heroes defeated St. Thomas FC by a solitary goal to record its first win in the league. Rathish scored the match-winner in the 24th minute.
