Court ratifies GNFC, Narmada Chematur merger

CHENNAI: The merger of Narmada Chematur Petrochemicals Ltd. (NCPL), a subsidiary of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Co. (GNFC), with GNFC has been finally made effective from February 15, 2007, pursuant to the filing of the order passed by the High Court of Gujarat, sanctioning the scheme of amalgamation on the said date, according to a release.
