Broker fined for non-compliance

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Monday imposed a fine of Rs. 5 lakh on Mayur Jadeja, a stock broker, and ordered suspension of the certificate of registration of Ballabh Das Daga, a Calcutta Stock Exchange member, on separate charges of price manipulation and evading SEBI rules.
