CHENNAI: Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd., on Wednesday, announced a strategic alliance between MinVesta, the IT arm of Ma Foi, and Kumaran Systems. Following this alliance, Kumaran Systems will deliver the non-HR related IT requirements of MinVesta. This alliance will leverage Ma Foi's knowledge and expertise in IT and HR practices and the IT capabilities of Kumaran Systems. It is also expected to bring in additional revenues through mutual referrals, which will be shared between the companies. Addressing a press conference here, K. Pandia Rajan, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ma Foi Management Conultants, said MinVesta with a headcount of 110 was making a suite of products in HR system, which would be used by Kumaran for its 28 clients. Mr. Pandia Rajan said this relationship would also create an interface for the Vedior operating companies (Vedior Grou, Ma Foi's global partner) to utilise the expertise of Kumaran Systems in the application/database migration and tools based application development. On the expansion of Ma Foi Management Consultants, Mr. Pandia Rajan said the company would be investing nearly Rs. 42 crore. The company was planning to set up new offices in nine more locations across the globe and also global delivery centres. Ma Foi, which had seven retail job centres in Mumbai, was planning to set up 15 more centres across Delhi, Gurgaon and Bangalore.
