Qadir to lead

Kanpur: Legendary leg-spinner Abdul Qadir will lead a star-studded Pakistan veterans' cricket team against an Indian side led by Mohammad Azharuddin in a three-match limited overs series in India next month.

The squad: Abdul Qadir (capt.), Shoaib Mohammad, Rashid Latif, Ijaz Ahmed, Aamir Sohail, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Mansoor Akhtar, Ashraf Ali, Arshad Khan, Mohsin Kamal, Akram Raza, Naved Anjum, Azam Khan, Amir Akhbar, Nadeem Abbasi, Amir Bashir, Aquib Javed, Mushtaq Ahmed and Asif Mujtaba. — PTI
