Power-cut

Balayya Sastry Layout, NRI Hospital road, TPT Colony, four-town police station road and Santipuram will go without power on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. owing to change of pole and line on the 11 kv town II feeder of the Nakkavanipalem sub-station.

Flower show

Amateurs can also participate in the flower show being organised by the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority atop Kailasagiri from January10 to 12. Details are with DFO of VUDA G.P. Prabhakara Rao (mobile 98660 76914) or Executive Engineer G. Sharat Babu (98660 76919).

Those wishing to set up stalls of horticultural products, fertilizers, plants preparation, bonsai or any other items related to flower show can also contact the two officials, according to a VUDA press release.

Free asthma camp

Paediatric consultant of the Seven Hill Hospital Rajini Mukherjee, in association with the Lupin Ltd, conducted the fourth paediatric asthma camp at the hospital on Sunday. A pulmonary function test was done free of cost for all the patients.
