Clothes, caps given to tribal students

VISAKHAPATNAM: T-shirts and caps were distributed to 66 tribal girl students from Paderu area who are on an educational tour to the city, sponsored by the Visakh refinery of the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).

The girls, belonging to various tribal communities like Bagata, Nukka Dora, Khond and Valmiki, are part of the education project for the disadvantaged girl children, Nanhi Kali, supported by the HPCL.

HPCL Chief Regional Manager L. Venkata Raman, Senior Manager M. Somasundar and managers -- B.V. Rao, Ravindra Kumar and T. Mahdeva Rao -- participated in the programe and distributed dress material to the children.
