TIRUPUR: The tripartite talks between trade bodies and unions in the presence of Joint Commissioner of Labour (JCL), M. Viruthagiri, on wage accord for hosiery workers scheduled to be held on Tuesday has been postponed to December 16.

Following the consensus on the period of the agreement reached last week, leaders of various industry bodies and trade unions held two rounds of direct talks on proposed wage hike.
