They must appear before it in last week of this month

New Delhi: The former External Affairs Minister, K. Natwar Singh, and others on Friday were asked by the Enforcement Directorate to appear before it for adjudication of a case of alleged violation of the Foreign Exchange Management Act in Iraq's oil-for-food scam.
