Heidelberg to move SAT

MUMBAI: Heidelberg Cement has announced that it will approach Securities Appellate Tribunal against a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) directive to the company for raising the price of its open offer by 25 per cent to the shareholders of Mysore Cements.
