Century Plyboards to buy stake in two co.s

MUMBAI: The Kolkata-based Century Plyboards India said that it would acquire a controlling stake in Century Star Shipping Ltd, a company engaged in the shipping business. The board also decided to acquire controlling interest in Uttaranchal-based Aura Sundaram Ply & Doors Pvt. Ltd.
