Another case against AIADMK MLA

CHENNAI : The city police have registered another case against AIADMK MLA Sekar Babu here on Monday. According to complainant Saravanan of Tondiarpet, 10 persons had allegedly damaged the glass panes of his vehicle on October 13 (the date of the local body polls) and escaped in Otteri area. The petitioner said the gang was instigated by the MLA.

Girl drowns

A nine-year-old girl identified as A. Saranya of Karapakkam drowned on Monday. Police said the girl slipped into a river in Kundrathur area and drowned.
